Alberta'S Car Insurance Law

For Everyone male killed in an Car accident, the minimum required funeral benefit is $5,000. Belongings damage can be capped at $10,000 whether the liability border is reached.

Disability Benefits

For Everyone mortal disabled in an Car accident, the minimum required coverage is up to 80 percent of the injured workman's Salary, capped at $400 per week whether the adult is employed. This coverage lasts a maximum of 104 weeks. Each family receives a minimum of $400 per death for grief counseling.
