Remove the Intake Manifold

Install the Intake Manifold
8. Set the bolts in place and tighten in sequence to 115 inc. lbs.13. Reconnect the fuel line to the fuel rail and torque the clamps to 10 in. lbs. Connect the vacuum hoses, the electrical connections to the charge temperature sensor and the coolant temperature sensor, the EGR rube to the plenum, the throttle body vacuum hoses and electrical connections.
14. Attach the throttle cable and the kickdown linkage as well as the radiator and heater hose. Refill the cooling system with the appropriate amount and type of coolant. Remove the air cleaner, the throttle cable and the transaxle kickdown cable. Pull the vacuum and the electrical connections from the throttle reason, and remove the air intake hose that runs from the air cleaner to the throttle intent.3. Place the charge temperature and the coolant temperature sensor electrical connections and remove them.
