Today, Fiat Auto company is the combination of four auto companies: Alfa Romeo Automobiles, Lancia Automobiles, Fiat Light Commercial Vehicles, and Fiat Automobiles.

The first Alpha Romeo car was the 24 HP. Today's Alfa Romeos include Alfa Romeo MiTo, Alfa Romeo 147, Alfa Romeo 159, Alfa Romeo GT, Alfa Romeo Brera, Alfa Romeo Spider, and the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione.

Alfa Romeos had not been sold commercially in the United States since the mid-1990's, but the company resumed sales in North America in 2008 with the 8C Competizione. Although scheduled for a North American release in 2009, the 159, Brera and Spider are being delayed until 2011 due to the 2008/2009 economic downturn.
