You can make payments online, receive a payoff quote and contact customer service. Making payments online is fast, free and paperless.
Instructions
1. Register your account with Volkswagen Credit. Access the website at "www.vwcredit.com" and click "My Account." Then click "Sign Up for a New Account."
2. Enter your loan account number, your social security number and your e-mail address, and then set up a username and password for account access. Look on your monthly statement or in your payment book to find your account number; it's nine digits.
4. Enter the payment amount and choose the processing date. Click "Submit" or "Complete" to finalize the payment. You will receive an e-mail receipt from Volkswagen Credit.
3. Sign-in to your account, using the username and password you created. Click on "Payments" to setup your payments. Enter your bank routing number and account number.
