Instructions
Front Bumper
1. See the backside lip of the front bumper and cause a Phillips screwdriver to remove the three retaining screws, one in the centre and one on each side. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the plastic clips at the bottom of the bumper.
2. Reach behind the front bumper to the seam where the front bumper meets the fender, between the headlight and wheel opening. Pull the grill off. Use a ratchet and 10 mm socket to remove the bolt from each side of the grill at the top of the bumper. Pull the bumper off of the Equinox.
Remove the two bolts using a ratchet and 10 mm socket.3. Open the hood of the Equinox and remove the front grill using the Phillips screwdriver.
Rear Bumper
4. Climb underneath the rear bumper and reach up to the seam where the top of the bumper meets with the quarter panel of the Equinox, between the rear wheel opening and the tail light. Use a ratchet and 10 mm socket to remove the four bolts from the seam on each side.
5. Open the rear door of the Equinox. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the row of plastic clips that run along the top of the rear bumper.
6. Pull the rear bumper off carefully so that it does not hit the tailpipe.
