6. Slide the new radiator into place. Bolt the upper radiator support brackets, then the cooling fan in place. Tighten the bolts to 89 inch-pounds of torque. Reinstall the center support and the hood latch. Tighten the bolts to 89 inch-pounds of torque. Reinstall the hoses and tighten the clamps. Tighten the petcock, if it is loose. Refill the radiator. Start the engine and check for leaks.
