Windshieldwasher Pump Work

Motorized Pump

A windscreen washer pump is a motorized, or electrical, thing bound to for injecting stored windscreen washer fluid directly onto the machine windscreen. The windscreen washer pump pressures this stored saturate and injects it with Sufficiently extortion to include the complete windscreen surface.

Connected to Windshield Fluid Reservoir

The windscreen wiper fluid is stored in a plastic reservoir underneath the van hood. This fluid is then pressurized by the spinning of the motorized washer pump and propelled towards the car windshield.

Washer Fluid Channels

As the pressurized windshield wiper fluid leaves the windshield washer pump, it travels through a length of inner tubes, or channels, that direct this fluid to an open point near the bottom of the windshield wiper blades, from where it ejects and sprays onto the windshield.

The motorized windshield washer pump is connected to this reservoir by rubber hoses, which are at fault for transporting the windscreen wiper fluid to and from the windscreen washer pump.

Manual Activation of Windshield Washer Pump

The windscreen washer pump is controlled manually from a Press-stud or switch located inside the van, usually located on the windscreen wiper control arm. When this button or switch is activated, the windshield washer pump is activated and sucks stored windshield wiper fluid from the plastic reservoir into the pump itself.
