9. Raise the vehicle up to remove the jack stands. Lower the van to the ground.
10. Connect the battery by connecting the positive cable to the positive terminal. The positive terminal is designated by the "+" symbol. The positive cable will be red. Connect the negative cable to the remaining terminal.
