Exactly What Is A Dual Stage Air Compressor Switch

Air compressors are used for a divergency of internal and commercial applications, including drills, Spike guns and sanders. They typically come in one- or two-cylinder versions, depending on the requirements of the effects they capacity.

Dual Stage Compressor

At the commercial equivalent, some two-cylinder air compressors are what are accepted as two episode, or dual phase, compressors.

Regulator

Compressors rarely need to run at maximum pressure, so there is a regulator on the air line that allows you to adjust the pressure to the required level. Gauges before, and after, the regulator monitor the cylinder and air line pressures and a safety valve opens if the pressure switch malfunctions.

The inceptive cylinder compresses air and pumps it into the moment cylinder, which compresses it also, increasing the power.

Pressure Switch

Dual episode air compressors indenture a strength switch that stops the Engine when the power in the cylinders reaches a certain level. An unloader valve may be included in the pressure switch to reduce the cylinder pressure when the compressor is switched off.
