Repair A Window On The 2001 Buick Lesabre

Repairing a cracked window Testament boom visibility while driving.

Remove the strips after an hour or so.

1. Prepare the window for the quick repair by washing it with warm water and a mild soap.

2. Carefully attach the suction cup stabilizer to the window. Holding the unit steadily over the cracks, place it onto the window making sure the damage is kept inside the suction cup underneath.

3. Place the resin tube inside the injector. Plug the injector into the opening within the stabilizer unit.

4. Pull out the injector. This will release the liquid resin and create the intense suction that draws the resin into the cracked and chipped spots.

5. Wait about 15 minutes after the resin has been emptied from the tube to ensure the cracks have been filled sufficiently. Lift the stabilizer off the window.

6. Cut the adhesive curing film strips, and then quickly and carefully place them over the resin.A cracked and chipped car window can and most likely will be an obstruction to your view while driving. If your 2001 Buick LeSabre has these visible damages to one or more of its windows, a repair is needed. Fortunately, you can take this on as a do-it-yourself project that may save you time and money in the end.
